Meet your experts

Florence Durant

Lead Developer

Florence earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and is regarded as the most experienced developer in the chamber software industry. She first joined Chamber Data Systems in 1997 and was active in all aspects of the business, including a principle role in the development of the then newest generation of CC-Assist. She left in 2000 to join a start-up technology firm where she participated in and managed the development of new technologies and progressed to the position of Chief Technology Officer. She re-joined Chamber Data Systems in 2005 as President. Upon returning, she architected and led the development of the next generation of chamber software.

Ryan O’Connor

Software Developer

Ryan graduated magna cum laude from Oklahoma State University with a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics. He has lead the advancement of many chamber software technologies, including seamless website integration. Ryan’s experience in software development and logic contributes to CC-Assist’s sophisticated database architecture. He bears the company wide distinction of being most-likely-to-be-correct.

Luke Atchison

Web Developer

Luke graduated with a degree from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M. His entrepreneurial training and experience with member organizations bring insights to problems faced by chambers. Luke also brings years of website development experience for a variety of organizations, including hospitals, chambers, associations, and engineering firms. His innovative chamber website designs have won best-in-class awards.

Brittney McAdams

Communication Specialist/Web Developer

Brittney graduated from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech. Her experience in digital media and communication drives the progression of CC-Assist’s training resources and customer service model in order to meet the highest industry standards. Coupled with her design experience, Brittney is able to turn chambers’ ideas and goals into tailored website designs that increase their online presence and membership.

Alan Anderson

Founder, Consultant

Alan was the first developer of chamber software and pioneered the industry as we know it today. Before forming Chamber Data Systems, Alan had extensive experience in the computer industry including software engineering and development, project management, business management, marketing, recruiting, teaching, writing, and consulting. He held numerous product and project management positions at EDS, and served as Corporate Systems and Programming Manager at Steak and Ale Restaurants of America. As a consultant, Alan managed the development of numerous software products for major corporations including EDS and USLIFE Systems. Alan holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mathematics from Texas Tech University. Alan retired as President of Chamber Data Systems in 2005, but continues to consult on new features and development.

JoAnn McDonough

Consultant

JoAnn has spent over 20 years in the chamber software industry working with thousands of chamber representatives. She helped drive the growth of the first generations of chamber software and incorporated chambers’ feedback into innovative new features. JoAnn had a wide range of business experience before joining Chamber Data Systems. She co-owned and operated a business, served as Supervisor of Nutrition Marketing Services at General Mills, was Contracts Administration Manager for a software company, and as a free-lance writer, wrote speeches, magazine, and nutrition-related marketing materials. JoAnn holds a B.S. degree from Texas Christian University. JoAnn retired from Chamber Data Systems, but continues to consult on new features and business decisions.
